Access to ForReaLove.com is strictly restricted to adults aged 18 and older.Immediate Escalation: Any account found engaging in CSAM or child exploitation will be immediately and permanently terminated. In accordance with applicable local and international laws, all relevant user details, logs, and associated media will be reported immediately to law enforcement and relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).2. Illegal Acts and Unlawful Conduct
You agree to use ForReaLove.com only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Platform to facilitate, promote, or engage in any illegal activity, including but not limited to:

Impersonation and Misrepresentation
Authenticity is central to the safety and integrity of ForReaLove.com. You must provide accurate, truthful information when creating and maintaining your profile.
Identity Theft & Impersonation: You may not impersonate any person or entity, real or fictional, including celebrities, public figures, company representatives, or other users.False Media & Misleading Profiles: You may not upload photographs, videos, or profile details that belong to another person without explicit, verifiable consent.Misleading Intent: Creating fake profiles (catfishing), automated accounts, or multiple simultaneous accounts to deceive, manipulate, or misrepresent your true identity is prohibited.4. Harassment, Abuse, and Violence

Harassment & Stalking: Repeated unwanted communication, cyberstalking, intimidation, or persistent contact after a user has unmatched, blocked, or asked you to cease communication.Hate Speech & Discrimination: Content or language that promotes hatred, discrimination, violence, or dehumanization based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender, or gender identity.Threats & Incitement: Direct or indirect threats of physical violence, self-harm encouragement, or incitement of violence against individuals or groups.5. Scams, Financial Fraud, and Spam
The Platform must not be used for financial solicitation or unauthorized commercial gain.
Financial Requests: Requesting money, wire transfers, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or financial details from other users for any reason.Commercial Spam & Links: Promoting external services, businesses, affiliate links, or external websites for commercial gain.Automated Activity: Utilizing bots, scrapers, automated scripts, or unauthorized software to access the site, harvest user data, or send automated mass messages.6. Enforcement, Account Suspension, and Reporting
Reporting: Users can report violations directly through the reporting features on profiles, messages, or by contacting our Safety & Moderation Team at support@forrealove.com.Moderation & Action: ForReaLove.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to investigate suspected violations, remove non-compliant content, temporarily suspend accounts, or permanently ban users without prior notice or refund.Law Enforcement Cooperation: ForReaLove.com routinely cooperates with local, state, federal, and international law enforcement agencies in investigating criminal behavior, safety threats, or illegal acts conducted on or through our Platform.
