Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your membership
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription inside the app, or by emailing billing@forrealove.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then, and you are not charged again.
The 14-day refund window
Within 14 days of your initial subscription, we will issue a full refund on request. No explanation required. Email billing@forrealove.com from the address on your account and we will process it back to your original payment method.
After 14 days
After 14 days, refunds are not provided except where required by law — for example, EU and UK consumer rights, or other jurisdictions with a statutory right of withdrawal. If you believe the law entitles you to a refund, write to legal@forrealove.com and we will review it.
Billing errors
If you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, a charge after cancellation, or a charge at the wrong tier — contact billing@forrealove.com. Verified billing errors on our end are corrected and refunded in full, and the 14-day window does not apply to them.
If we close your account
If we terminate your account for cause — a violation of the Terms of Service — no refund is owed. If we terminate without cause, for example because we discontinue a feature or shut down the service, we refund the unused portion of your subscription.
If we change these terms
If we make a material change, we email all active members 30 days before it takes effect. If you do not agree, cancel before the effective date and we will refund the unused portion of your current billing period.
Founding-member pricing
Founding pricing is contingent on a continuously active subscription — it is not a lifetime rate. If your subscription lapses, founding pricing ends permanently and any later subscription is at current pricing. Cancelling therefore forfeits a founding rate; this is not grounds for a refund.
Currency and amounts
All memberships are billed in US dollars: Essentials $19.99, Premium $29.99, and Signature $39.99 per month. Refunds are issued in the same currency to the same payment method.
